I rarely cook for myself but I love making great food to share with others. After almost a week without my boyfriend JW it was soooo good to be back in Utrecht today! With this heatwave going on it’s hard to decide on what to have for dinner though. I went for a light salad with avocado, red onion and shrimps marinated in garlic, lemon juice and coriander, all with a light dressing of lime juice, black pepper and a little mayonnaise. Best. Salad. Ever!
